Guarantee & Returns

Chicago Shirt Prints stands behind the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us within 2 days from the date of receiving your order, and subject to the following criteria, we will refund the full price of the (specific/individual) product in question or (if timing and our schedule allows) provide a replacement product equal to the original defective product, excluding postage, processing, and restocking costs.


Orders returned before the decoration process has taken place are subject to a 30% restocking fee and a credit card return fee. 

What can be returned: We're happy to help if there's an issue with the decoration or the product itself, but we cannot accept returns due to ordering the wrong size. Items that show any wear are not eligible for return. All returns must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.


Chicago Shirt Prints products are custom-made-to-order using the highest-quality materials possible. 

Chicago Shirt Prints takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.

  • Inferior quality or low resolution of uploaded images.

  • Design errors are introduced by the customer in the design creation process.

  • Errors in user-selected options, such as product type or size.

  • Not clearly examining your proof at the point of the approval process. Once you have approved your proof, we are not responsible for errors in customer-approved artwork. 


Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes before placing your order.
